But for me it was easy because lucky for me several years ago my daughter bought her very first car from Jeff Staver at Ciocca and had a wonderful experience. She did her homework and checked several dealers and came back to Jeff at Ciocca. She bought a new imprezza, got the price she expected and financing she wanted. Jeff listened to her needs and delivered. So when her husband needed a new car it was an easy decision for him to see Jeff at Ciocca. He left the same night he came in with a new forester. Again a very professional experience. So for me when I was searching for a new car and decided on an outback. I new I would be seeing Jeff Staver at Ciocca. I had watched how professional he was when he closed the sales with both my daughter and son-in-law. Jeff found me the exact car I wanted in a couple of days, gave me the price I expected and delivered it in a very timely manner. I' d recommend him highly. I also work in sales so it's easy for me to judge a good salesman and Jeff Staver is a excellent salesman. He earned my business! More

They both provided an unprecedented level of service during my numerous visits by paying attention to my every need and helping me with answers to all my questions. I found both of them to be informative, knowledgeable, always available, honest, caring, and never did I feel that I was being pressured. They have a calming way of working with people that draws you in and it seemed that they always kept my interests at heart. The environment in their showroom, fostered by Gregg, is different, very different from all the dealerships that I visited. Couple all of this with great pricing and you will find that they are the best dealership in the Lehigh Valley. More
