Our 2016 kia soul was towed to regal Kia because Joyce automotive , our trusted shop told us the work needed was warranty covered by the 100k Mile 10 year warranty . From the time we took it there Sant automotive , our trusted shop told us the work needed was warranty covered by the 100k Mile 10 year warranty . From the time we took it there Santos had us waiting a week to get diagnosed as catalytic converter . We were told it was oil leaking into exhaust system that caused the catalytic converter issue from our shop . We asked for further tests to be done that were performed at Joyce and after being ignored for another week they finally did them . And the pictures from borescope showed what Joyce said but even after sending in our maintenance paperwork etc we were told we were denied warranty covered work . But no one sent us the proof of that as requested . We towed our car back to Joyce for proper repair and found out kia did not put parts back into our car !!!!! Two ignition coils and our spark plugs ! We were told we would have to go there ( with no car ) to get the parts. Unacceptable ! We asked for higher up but were ignored and our parts have not arrived at Joyce auto delaying repair longer ! Santos won’t answer calls . He asked for emails and we have emailed twice with no response so tried calling and he’s not calling back . Completely horrible service and leaving parts off our car when it left them … not ok !!!!! We would love to get someone higher up on the phone after this . But their policy I guess is to ignore those requests . My advice , DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR PRECIOUS CAR HERE FOR REPAIR ! More

Ongoing Damage, Lack of Accountability, and Poor Service at Regal Kia I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service department at Regal Kia, and to make othe at Regal Kia I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service department at Regal Kia, and to make other customers aware of how poorly I’ve been treated throughout this process. I initially brought in my Kia Carnival because it would not start, and after several days with little to no communication, I was told the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced. That repair came with a $1,085 bill, which I was only able to negotiate down to $885—an expense that was still very upsetting considering the vehicle is barely 3 years old and I would have expected this type of issue to be covered under warranty. But the fuel pump wasn’t the main issue that led me to escalate matters with the dealership. The real reason I’ve been trying to get in touch with management, lately including Mr. Sal Campisi Jr. (Dealer Principal), is because of damage that was done to my vehicle while it was under Regal Kia’s care. The dealership has yet to take responsibility for it or offer a solution. I’ve made repeated requests to discuss the matter directly, including calls and messages left for Service Manager Jeff Soloj, yet no one has shown any urgency or respect in responding to me. I keep on getting transferred due to Mr. Soloj being "on meetings" (since over 2 weeks ago). This situation has dragged on for weeks, and I have been left with a damaged vehicle, without a proper explanation, and without any assurance that the damage done to my car will be corrected. I was last told the car to bring in the car on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, but considering how often I’ve been given misleading timelines and vague responses, I have no confidence in that estimate. What I’ve experienced from Regal Kia is a complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. It has been incredibly stressful and disappointing, especially after trusting this dealership with my vehicle thinking the dealership where I bought it, was the safest place to get it fixed. At the very least, I am asking for acknowledgment of my concerns and a resolution to the damage caused while my vehicle was in your care. I have also requested confirmation that my messages and emails have been received — and have not even received that courtesy. All you can count on is a Service Department manager that apparently has more important things to do over dealing with a car damaged under their care, the most disrespectful staff and the most frustrating situation you'll ever go through. I would not recommend Regal Kia to anyone based on this experience. The service has been negligent, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. More

This dealer talks about high quality customer service, I didn’t see any of that!!! I have a manual transmission and the one guy tried driving my car with the emergency brake on. I have a dodge hellcat and I didn’t see any of that!!! I have a manual transmission and the one guy tried driving my car with the emergency brake on. I have a dodge hellcat and I had to wait 3 hrs for an oil change, because they didn’t have my specific oil, they had to get the oil from O Riley down the road. Then not 24 hrs after the oil change, a P diagnosis code popped up on my vehicle, O2 oil sensor. I called the manager Jeff he was supposedly out of town but they would have him call me back Monday 5/26, and here it is 5/29, and still no call from them!!! Garbage customer service and service. More
