Dealership sold me a defective vehicle. Sadly this has tainted the experience. Not related to service dept but in the general dealing with the entire dealership. Very bad experience and I would never recommend to friends or family . You do the sale then never ever bother with the customer after the sale . We brought our Mercedes in to be completely repainted due to a paint issue. Lokey collision is the authorized Collin center for Clearwater Mercedes. I had my body work done here after a rear end accident. My car was like brand new before the accident. The receptionists were very helpful and easy to talk to and the mechanics did an amazing job! You can' My car was like brand new before the accident. The receptionists were very helpful and easy to talk to and the mechanics did an amazing job! You can't even tell and our paint is hard to match. One thing I do have to mention though. For some reason, when I got our car back the drivers side window button is fer loose and there are a deep scratch on our dash on the driver's side. There were no dings, scratches etc in the dash before we brought our car in. More
