The door handle was replaced as requested. However, the main reason for the service was to provide a detailed interior and exterior cleaning. I was told they would need the car for most of the However, the main reason for the service was to provide a detailed interior and exterior cleaning. I was told they would need the car for most of the day to complete. Dropped car off at 7am, and picked car up at 3:30pm after receiving a text stating that the work was completed. The car was not cleaned with no explanation as to why not. I was told they’ll look into it and call me. Have not received a call. I live almost an hour away from the dealership so it’s not exactly convenient for me to leave my car all day especially for nothing. I have never considered having a car detail cleaned before but I thought I would splurge as I’m going on a special trip to see my son. I know this is over the top for me to add, but I’m extremely disappointed. I have terminal cancer and my time is limited and I just wanted to treat myself to something nice. I do realize in the scheme of things not having my car cleaned doesn’t compare to other real works problems. But the lack of service I received without any solutions offered is disappointing. More
