After a very frustrating week of dealing with another local Kia dealership, I arrived at Mission Viejo Kia looking for a specific model of Kia Sportage hybrid that their website showed in stock. I arrived at 9:15AM on Saturday morning and finished up and was driving away in my new car at 12:30PM. Everyone I spoke with at Kia of Mission Viejo was extremely nice and professional. They all went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy with my experience. My Client Relations Advisor Louay was exceptional. The Finance Manager Washington was very helpful and the Sales Manager Austin was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The entire experience was painless and actually very enjoyable. The entire staff made me feel like they truly valued me as a customer. More

Jeff from mission viejo kia was awesome. I went to my 8am appointment and was greeted by Jeff who asked me a few questions in regard to my vehicle’s maintenance and took care of me right awa I went to my 8am appointment and was greeted by Jeff who asked me a few questions in regard to my vehicle’s maintenance and took care of me right away.
