My service rep never answers his phone or returns calls back and some of the receptionist are very rude. Customer service isn't their strong suit at all. It's very frustrating having to constantly call bac back and some of the receptionist are very rude. Customer service isn't their strong suit at all. Una larga espera innecesaria, mas de tres horas solo para el cambio de una goma, teniendo una cita previa y habiendo entrado mi carro desde que llegué al taller desde que llegué. Un día antes había ido encargaron la goma para el día siguiente y no fueron capas de llamar para decirme que ya estaba ahí la goma, sabiendo estaba usando una repuesta, tuve yo que llamar, ponían en espera, me pasaban de línea en línea, me cerraban la llamada, cuando pregunté por qué hacen eso, me dijeron que no había quien hablara en español, me encontré extraño por qué las últimas tres personas que me dejaban en espera y cerraban la llamada hablaban en español. Luis Laparra is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. It’s amazing to me that when I come in for an oil change and he sees me, he knows me by name! The worst service of all, from the top down, no one is there to help which is appalling, especially with a lease. I have been lied to by your service personnel and worse of all the manager and when presse there to help which is appalling, especially with a lease. I have been lied to by your service personnel and worse of all the manager and when pressed for more answers or solutions that same manager just says let me call you back and never does. I had to take my car to another Honda location which confirmed that my part for my leased car was UNDER WARRANTY and it was Honda's responsibility to complete repairs. This is the latest example of the deplorable customer service I have experienced from Kelly Honda in Lynn. This is on top of the bad attitude from staff, being charged more than what was quoted and communicated, and being charged for services that were covered under the plan when buying a car. My recommendation to anyone is DO NOT BUY OR LEASE a car from Kelly Honda they will sell you a dream that is all they care about. More
