I want to start off and saying by the end of this interaction and service, I was beyond satisfied with the work. It did not start off that way. I received a call with a hope to reschedule my original interaction and service, I was beyond satisfied with the work. It did not start off that way. I received a call with a hope to reschedule my original appointment and I called back to do so. The person on the phone said,”2 hours is plenty of time to diagnose brakes and fix them before they close at 5.” When I got there it was made clear to me that that person was mistaken. I was almost turned away and rescheduled, but one of the service tech did a quick ride with me and determined my service needs were enough that I needed them replaced before the extended warranty on the brakes ended. I was relieved they were able to take me that day so thank you to the team for making it work. More

Was impressed with the way they conduct themselves, had very bad experience at a Hyundai dealer that I had actually bought a car from several years ago. Colin was courteous, business like, answered my ques very bad experience at a Hyundai dealer that I had actually bought a car from several years ago. Colin was courteous, business like, answered my questions, not pushy, the kind of person I like to deal with, not the case at many car dealers. Sales manager was also courteous, explained everything including his warranties and wasn’t pushy, Overall a good experience. More
