I had a great experience with the process that was done at Ford Of Homewood. I was able to select the vehicle that I wanted and then was able to test drive it. My sales person was able to explain all the n at Ford Of Homewood. I was able to select the vehicle that I wanted and then was able to test drive it. My sales person was able to explain all the new features that was in the vehicle, which was very helpful to me. We came to agreement on the price of the vehicle. Move on through the finance department. Everyone there was outstanding to work with. I can’t wait until the next purchase. More

UPDATE I had an experience at this dealership, and I thought they didn't care if I was happy or unhappy with the dealership. These people are awesome. When we went back in, I think the whole sales and m thought they didn't care if I was happy or unhappy with the dealership. These people are awesome. When we went back in, I think the whole sales and management department was there to make sure we were happy. I have to give a special shout out to some folks. Jeff Moyer, Daniel Wood, Bob Cuban and Barbara Harvey were just too awesome. I would definitely recommend this dealer ship and when I get ready for another car it will be with them. The level of them helping us get the deal we wanted was superb and I am so grateful to the level of professionalism they showed us. EVERYONE wanted to make us happy and customers for life, and they did just that. I AM VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. Actually, I think we developed a friendship of some kind. More

I was sold a new vehicle on 07-27-24 that I never considered buying. Grandma's ford escape. During the last sixteen years I have driven nothing but Mustangs. One bought brand new in 2008 and a second considered buying. Grandma's ford escape. During the last sixteen years I have driven nothing but Mustangs. One bought brand new in 2008 and a second bought brand-new car in 2016. I owned them both until 07-27-24. For roughly the last year or so I discussed the possible purchase of a bronco or another vehicle with my salesman. When I was ready to buy. I didn't want my 2016 to be part of any deal. It was in excellent shape with only 48450 miles and was always kept in great running condition. Jeff gave me $12k for my vehicle and just sold it for $20k. What a rip off! I know people looking for new cars now to buy. Guess what I will not do? I was there at dealership for almost four and a half hours to buy granny's car. More
