Additionally, when the car was delivered JM took all the time I required to review the instrument panel, demonstrate the equipment usage, and the owners manual, and I never felt rushed. Furthermore I met with their financial consultant, Mr. R. Bontemps (RB), who was also very professional and appropriately responded to my questions, to review and sign off on the 0% financing. RB had the documents well organized and ready to sign. The car service area waiting room was clean and neat. The entire experience with Subaru has been a pleasant. More
