I purchased a 2019 GLC300 4matic coupe a week ago. When I tried to enroll it in Mercedes Me I learned the VIN was still tied to the previous owner. I called Mercedes Me and was told I would have to visit a local dealer. I chose Mercedes-Benz of Westminster since they were 5 miles from my office. When I went there looking for help to resolve the issue of the VIN being registered with the previous owner. I was told it would take over an hour and I would have to pay $290.00 just so I could take advantage of the technology offered in the vehicle. The only thing I did wrong was to buy a Mercedes-Benz, General Motors does not try to rip off customers with this kind of extortion. The entertainment system is virtually useless until I pay the extortion monies. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever come across. This is how they treat new customers and introduce them to Mercedes-Benz. Seems like the better practice would have been to help, instead of extort money. I might very well have been a very a long standing customer. Not now, these people are xxxx More

Highly recommend considering other dealers as their post sale service is just a nightmare. Received a faulty car(new) from them which sat in their workshop for months and yet they showed as if they did a f sale service is just a nightmare. It’s my 2nd MB from Westminster MB. Just imagine, I Purchased one car and 4 days later I asked the dealer in an Text message to take the new car back and exchange it with a deferent car. He didn’t pressure me to decide on which vehicle to lease, and let me drive a couple of them twice, so I could decide on the right one. Jeff is very knowledgeable on the Mercedes Benz products and is great to work with. Rick Nicholas (Finance/Lease Dept.) is also great to work with. Linda Konecny (Service Dept.) is the best I’ve worked with and she has great car knowledge, and fun to “talk cars” with! I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and always have a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Westminster. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have bought 3 cars through Jeff and each time the experience has always been top class. Jeff also took it to the next level and introduced me to Nathan B who has also been extremely helpful for any service I had to do. Nathan and team have been extremely friendly and accommodating even for those critical situations. All in all this is my favorite dealerships and it's the key people that make it happen. More
