I was impressed with the quality of the used car selection. My salesman, Jeff Lovoy was professional and straight forward. Since I was shipping this car to Hawaii for my daughter, there were some selection. My salesman, Jeff Lovoy was professional and straight forward. Since I was shipping this car to Hawaii for my daughter, there were some unexpected issues but I can’t really blame those on the dealer. Operates what I believe is a deceptive and misleading dealership in my opinion. Do not buy there unless you want to be screwed royally. Transposed figures on contract and then says that’s not what they dealership in my opinion. Do not buy there unless you want to be screwed royally. Transposed figures on contract and then says that’s not what they agreed to., Salesman acted like he was high in my opinion. Did not go over any of the car’s operations, just how to start and lock. Posted MSRP sheet on a dark window where you couldn’t read it. Finance mgr hid actual firms I was signing on his desk screen which was so dark you couldn’t read the forms you were signing, only the signature line was visible . He would state what it was. I signed things I would not of signed if I could see the form and read it. Then they won’t give you actual paperwork they put it on a small disk drive and you need to plug it in to see the documents once your home. Once I saw what I signed I was furious, contacted the Federal Trade Commission to complain about there illegal deceptive business practices. Called the dealership, they lied etc. My suggestion is not to do business with this dealership….. Unless you like being screwed.. More
