Just want to help people who will be getting service in this WORST dealership ever. Please don't do any service or even get in contact with this place! Service advisors-worst and lazy, no help, no updates this WORST dealership ever. Please don't do any service or even get in contact with this place! Service advisors-worst and lazy, no help, no updates no nothing, worthless-only Manager is very good guy-can give him 5 starts, everybody else-NO. Brought my car back to this nightmare place again, thought I bought car here, maybe they will do at least service GOOD, gave these guys second chance kind of. From the beginning all starts this way: Bringing my car with battery issues(what I already know-it is drained) They not giving any loaners or helping with getting rental(rental company in another side of North avenue-service adviser don't know about it-WOW) Gave me phone number to call my warranty department-to get rental, I was sitting on call for around an hour ,just to get figure out how to get rental with my FULL MOPAR WARRANTY purchased in this crappy dealership. Car sitting there for 3-4 days, service advisor not calling with any updates, just called probably on Friday(car was dropped on Monday), I can come and pick up my car. I came to pickup my car, they charging me check up fee of over 200$ and telling me same thing-my battery is bad(tried to call me and change battery for 500$-my battery was 4 months old-was purchased at Auto Zone(ADM Battery)-have warranty for 4 years. Car was not even run true carwash there-what I get it(they to not organized place to do it for customers). Saturday decide to go back to AutoZone and get under warranty battery replaced. Guy was nice and change battery without question asked, but was too nice and hooked up his little computer, just to check or I have no issues with my alternator(ALTERNATOR NOT WORKING,NOT A BATTERY ISSUES)-end up I called back to the dealer on Saturday, they told me when I left dealership, my alternator was WORKING-guy at service department pretend, he was a manager ,and right away make this story and ,this xxxx me off badly-I have WARRANTY! And nobody cares about it! Brought my truck to Dealership in Lockport, IL- and will recommend all of you would to do this!!! You will get total difference and experience with rental car or loaner first thing, people friendly there and will help you with your issues , without question asked! If system would let me put 0 starts, it would be done right away!!! More

I purchased a 2024 Wrangler Sahara a few weeks ago. The salesman promised me floor mats after filling out a survey. It took three phone calls to be track him down. He refused to give them to me because he said my review wasn't "perfect". It was still a good review. I left the mats in my trade-in. I even said, "I'll just take these". The salesman told me not to worry about them because I'd be getting new ones. I even left a dash cam and several other nice upgrades in it. That was my first vehicle I bought from Dupage. So if thats how you guys run an operation, by lying to customers, it will be the last time I go there. Pretty bad, and for a $100 pair of floor mats. It not the mats, its the point of lying and peeing on me after you got my money. Cash! Greg More

I entered the dealership with no appointment to simply take a look at some new Durango's. I was treated with great respect and honesty and ended up purchasing a brand new Hellcat. The staff there did not take a look at some new Durango's. I was treated with great respect and honesty and ended up purchasing a brand new Hellcat. The staff there did not try anything a typical car dealership is known for, they were very straightforward and honest and the process went extremely quickly as well. I will definitely return to this dealer for more purchases. I didn't even have to pay extra for the floor mats! LOL More
