My car was towed in because my engine seized. I got Jeff for a service advisor. It took weeks to get diagnosed. There was no communication from him. I had to call him the whole time my car was in I got Jeff for a service advisor. It took weeks to get diagnosed. There was no communication from him. I had to call him the whole time my car was in the shop. Other then Bud the Service Manger being polite my experience was a disaster. My car was running so I didn't notice the clunk but when I got home to leave somewhere there is a loud clunk on initial startup. So the almost 2 months my car has been there I get it back with another problem and this is beyond stressful. More
