Jeff Goldberg is the absolute BEST salesmen that I have ever worked with! He's always professional, kind and compassionate! He listens and doesn't try to force you into anything you don't want. Third certified used car bought from Jeff the Sales agent at Bayridge Honda. The reason why my entire family buys their cars with Bayridge Honda is because the Sales Rep Jeff pays attention to details. Whe at Bayridge Honda. The reason why my entire family buys their cars with Bayridge Honda is because the Sales Rep Jeff pays attention to details. When you explain to Jeff what your budget is and what car your are looking for he will keep trying to find a car priced within your budget and he is very honest and up front of any pros and cons of each vehicle of choice. When buying a car I'd rather buy from a Sales Rep who appreciates your business no matter how small. Most car sales agents are just in a rush to get you in and out and help you less if you have a small budget. So far all the cars that Jeff has sold us have been great vehicles. Regards Elaine More

I had several good experiences at Bayridge Honda car dealership. The salesman Jeff is a good salesman. I bought a car from him in 2020 and traded it in for another in 2023. Bait and Switch - Waste of Time I requested information on a used car online. I was contacted by email and then by phone by Joann Hinz. In the email and on the phone she stated that I requested information on a used car online. I was contacted by email and then by phone by Joann Hinz. In the email and on the phone she stated that the car was available and on the lot. She stated they offer top dollar for trade ins. I told her I would be travelling over an hour to get there and she again confirmed the car was on the lot. I explained again I have a 10 week old baby and had to have my wife rearrange her day so I could make the trek. I was told the car is here and they would love to have me come in. She told me to ask for her in the main building when I arrived. After an hr and 15 minutes in the car I arrived. I asked to see her and was told to go across the street to the pre-owned office. So I did. I was met by Jeff. He told me they called over and he was expecting me. He pulled up the car I came to see, and said it is outside he had to find the keys. He came back a few minutes later and said the keys aren't around but he will check with another office to see if they have them but in the mean time he found the keys to a similar car if I wanted to look. While walking around the different lots with Jeff pushing buttons on the remote about 45 minutes later we find the car he has the keys to and the one I came to see. The car I came to see has a plaque in the window "Do Not Test Drive this car was Sold by XXXX to XXXX" . I call Joann while standing in the lot and she says it must be a mistake because its available in the computer. Jeff checks in the other office and it has been sold over two days prior. The car was sold for over two days. Joann asked to speak to Jeff who basically said he was sorry but he can show me the other two similar cars. I didn't want to waste the trip out and still had the hr and 15 minutes drive home so I agreed to test drive one of the vehicles, which was blocked in and took about another 20 minutes to get free. I took me almost two hours after arriving to test drive a car. This time was spent walking around between three lots and waiting in the VW dealership. Moving forward I was considering with moving forward on the vehicle I test drove. Jeff came back with the trade in value and the "best offer" from the manager. The trade in offer was $1000 less then I had been offered from other dealers as recently as a week prior. The best offer wasn't terrible but definitely didn't make up for the waste of my time. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Avoid this place. More

Me equivoque Yo no tenia credito alguno y debo reconocer que ellos me ayudaron a conseguir un prestamo pero a un precio muy alto. El señor que me atendio me dijo que poniendo un deposito alto iba a bajar el precio del carro pero resulta que no fue asi,, era mi primera vez que compro un carro asi que yo no sabia nada de papeles y cosas de los dealers, confie todo en ellos y firme todos los papeles que me pusieron ahi, ellos me ayudaron a conseguir un seguro ahi mismo , pero el problema vino despues. luego me di cuenta de que al banco le tenia que pagar el total del carro, y el deposito que di lo usaron para venderme unas garantias y unas coberturas que no me sirvieron de nada. tuve un accidente y el seguro declaro el carro perdida total, pero resulta que no tenia la cobertura para perdida total, asi que me toco pagar lo que el seguro no cubrio. mas de 4.000 no es justo que luego de venderme tantas garantias y coberturas antirrobo y esas cosas no me hayan vendido la mas importante yo no sabia nada de esas cosas y confie en ellos, creo que no es justo y ellos se aprovecharon de que uno a veces no sabe y se llenan los bolsillos. Beware of hidden fees in final paper work. They will add service contract fees that were never mentioned and also CHANGE the retail price that you had negotiated with the salesperson. Overall I am paying an additional $6,000 because they added a service contract fee and also changed the negotiated price. There are other customers who experienced this where they have been scammed. More
