Having walked in the Porsche showroom (accidentally), I joked to Jeff that I'd love to be in the market for a Porsche, but that it was beyond my price range (I was looking for a used vehicle under $16,000!). He said it didn't matter to him what I was there to buy and he was delighted to help me. I couldn't be more impressed with his no-hassle, no-pressure, and friendly demeanor. Knowledgeable, affable, and professional from the start, Jeff asked me some questions about my vehicle needs and wants. He showed me a few cars that met my criteria and steered me away from those that didn't. After test-driving a couple of cars, I drove all over greater Portland and did a lot more car shopping at other area dealerships. After spending another two days test driving other cars (and dealerships/sales staff), I went back to Jeff at Morong knowing I was, without a doubt, in the best hands, getting the best customer service. (I wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealerships, but am grateful to have confirmed my confidence in Morong.) I called Jeff as soon as I walked away from my final test drive at another dealer and asked if the car I wanted was still available. Thankfully it was. He speedily ran it thorough a final service check so that I could have it by COB on a Friday. Jordan was equally impressive when it came time to finalize the deal and documentation. It has been over a month since my purchase and I'm as delighted as the Friday I picked up my new (to me) Kia Sorento. Yep... a Kia from a high-end dealer. The car is in pristine condition, full leather, heated and cooled seats, luxury package. I recommend Morong highly and without reservation. Thanks to the entire dealership, and Jeff in particular. I'll be back when it's time. In the meantime, I recommend you to anyone I know who's in the market for a car. More

Even for someone as clueless as I, as this was my first new car buying experience, was guided by Dan each step of the way. Being new to the PDK transmission , pad I recently purchased a 911 Carerra4 Cabriolet. It is a fabulous vehicle that is giving me lots of pleasure . Being new to the PDK transmission , paddle shifting , numerous safety features like backup camera , parking and passing sensors has been great. As mentioned by my salesman Jeff, it really is a new level of "the Porsche experience" over the 997. I hope to continue driving and learning for years to come. More

I originally bought an Audi from a Hyundai dealer and later had issues with a warranty deal that didn't actually exist. While I was dealing with turning that Allroad back to the Hyundai dealer, Jeff at later had issues with a warranty deal that didn't actually exist. While I was dealing with turning that Allroad back to the Hyundai dealer, Jeff at Morong took care of my needs for lining up and reserving my next Allroad. I spent less than 30 minutes at Morong to take in this new car, while I spent half a day at the Hyundai dealer when purchasing that first Audi and negotiating the deal. More
