Once we took it on a drove I knew it was the one for me. I was ready to sign on the dotted line. I feel like Paul was great at making sure I felt like I was getting a good deal and I 💯 feel like I got a very good deal. Jeannie in finance was very friendly and made the boring part quite entertaining. I would recommend this dealership (this is my 4th car from Findlay) and each time has been great. But this one was zero stress. I appreciate feeling like I have all the information before making a big purchase and I definitely felt that way leaving. I would recommend Paul and Findlay Lincoln. Have dealt with Finley for over 25 years for autos. Have found them to be friendly and helpful especially the service department. Only one complain about this time is that they could have explained tha Have found them to be friendly and helpful especially the service department. But overall I have found this experience to be enjoyable. One last comment the salesman that were not busy were friendly and made you feel at home. More
