As a 1st Responder, this is the worst experience I've had with a dealership in my entire history of driving. The dealer kept my vehicle 17 days. Had they taken the P S Pump (power steering) apart completel with a dealership in my entire history of driving. The dealer kept my vehicle 17 days. Had they taken the P S Pump (power steering) apart completely the 1st time I brought it in when the P S fluid was boiling, perhaps they would have seen the bottle had began melting and would ultimately fail, as it did. I paid approx. $200 for nothing. They gave the car back, stating it was good. The 2nd time I brought it in for the same reason (boiling P S Fluid), they did not have a P S Fluid bottle in stock to complete testing (???). Waiting a week just for the bottle and for them to break down the system to confirm the failing pump. D. Denson then advises me the P S Pump would take another week to arrive. I advised him I was a 1st Responder and elderly persons were depending on me, I asked for a loaner. He stated they don't do loaners, and stopped there. He made no conscious effort to speak with his manager to see what options were available to asset me, as my warranty only covered 2 days rental for labor only, not waiting for parts. Most GREAT dealerships will at least give an option. Not allowing a person who did not have the power to say "Yes," tell me "No," I took it upon myself to contact Manager, J. Frank via vml. He approved 2 days of free rental. However, because I had waited almost 2 weeks to get to that point, I had already found other transportation options via family. Next, D. Denson advised me that P S Pump they ordered did not make it on the truck. He then says, do you want to go with the aftermarket part that your warranty offered because they can get it to you the "SAME DAY." Really? He never told me they could get the part to me the "SAME DAY" until after my truck had been sitting there over 2 weeks. Wow. Zero is too high for this one. D. Denson was not aware that I checked with the parts department on the OME P S Pump who advised me that the pump has been on backorder for 20 days! Really? Was D. Denson aware of this and intentionally caused me to wait knowing the part was on backorder for 20 days? Another "Zero" experience is when I called him to check if he ordered part from my warranty the previous day as he advised, he stated, "No. I can't hold on the phone all day. I have customers to take care of." Wow. I guess I was just an alien passing by. Finally, on the day to pick up my truck, I asked the $30 credit they gave me for a car rental can be used towards an Uber to get there. I would pay Uber, and they would take $60 off my bill. The manger, Greg said, "No. We can't do that." Really? Wow. These guys are just way too relaxed and act like the own the dealership, which wouldn't be a problem if they did not have bad attitudes. As a result, I will NEVER but a Chrysler again, let alone go to the dealership. My truck drives like crap. It does not sound the same as I took it in, and the wheel alignment is off because the steering wheel is not even centered when straightened out. I feel these things were done to my jeep intentionally because some people are just jealous haters who don't want you to have anything nice. I left J. Frank a message complaining about my experience, and he never called back. They have taken their past successful ratings for granted, clearly. More

I'd give 'zero' if possible. If your Chrysler, Jeep or Ram need service, go to another dealer. Their service lane ignored my concern about the brakes on our truck. Their 'vehicle inspection' found no is Ram need service, go to another dealer. Their service lane ignored my concern about the brakes on our truck. Their 'vehicle inspection' found no issues, but less than 3,700 miles after the service visit at Golling, our truck requires over $2,000 of brake repairs - pads, rotors and two calipers. All regular/routine maintenance had been done at Golling, but they never alerted me to a potential brake issue that would have cost a lot less if taken care earlier. I have email Jeff twice and he has not responded to either email. Maybe the one star rating will get his attention. More

Terrible Service Department-Very Bad Attitude & Can't Repair I have purchased my brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership so I thought I would support and have it serviced here. Over the past year I have be I have purchased my brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership so I thought I would support and have it serviced here. Over the past year I have been into this dealership to make warranty repairs at least 5+ times for the same issues and they always relay "that we fixed your issue". Not once was this the case, and I have even received my truck after it has been "fully repaired" over and over and got in it and happened to see absolutely no change to what I brought it in for even though they claimed to have fixed it. I am not sure if they are just so inexperienced or just not up to doing the work and take the easy way out. I have even found a dirty rag left right on my engine after I drove it down the street after a "repair" and they gave it back to me which I only found out because my engine was smoking and could have probably caught fire. I made this note to them, they didn't even apologize or say sorry or anything about it just said okay which is terrible service. Now that all my warranty work was done by them and still not repaired, no other dealership will work on it unless Mopar customer service approves and pays for it since this service department is the one that messed up and couldn't fix the repairs the 5+ times I have brought it in for the same issues. After I have addressed these issues with their service manager, they said sorry all damages are on you and now that it is slightly over my warranty period 1,000 miles that they can't do anything since it's not under warranty and that it was my fault that I did not know it was not repaired now and even though it was their fault they never repaired it when they had told me. The service department did not like my comments about how I was mistreated and since my truck is such an inconvenience to them and I do not trust their work because they couldn't fix the issues the times I brought it in for warranty service, they stated they are now refusing to ever take my truck in or service it again based on the service manager's discretion. This behavior is totally unacceptable and I would never recommend this service department to anyone. Damaged the truck and now refuse to do any service even though they were the ones that gave me back my truck still damaged...Please save yourself the time and money and go to a different dealership who not only respects you but owns up to their own service quality. Extremely Unprofessional for a Service Director I bought my Ram 1500 in April of 2018. I was coming from Mercedes I talked to Finance Manager to have a loaner and he suggested that I buy the Driver I bought my Ram 1500 in April of 2018. I was coming from Mercedes I talked to Finance Manager to have a loaner and he suggested that I buy the Driver care package that will cover my loaner for every time I bring the car in for service . That statement was true for 15 months. All of sudden when I call to fix the recall Jeff decided that Driver care does not cover the loaner and when I mentioned It was sold like this to me he told me to talk to the finance manager that sold me the service and "the finanace manager" is not his finance manager or call the Mopar service. He is extremely rude, unpleasant to deal with and if this dealership wants to have improved service department then something needs to be done with this unpleasant of human being. So I schedule the recall appointment with Subabrban of Troy and they didnt even care about the Driver care just offered me the loaner. Unless this issue is resolved only time this dealership will see me is when I am returning the vehicle . More
