Lake Hartwell Ford service dept fixed my software issue in 15 minutes no charge, Great staff knowledgeable and friendly. Y’all sell people lemons employees are rude I filing lamon law suit actually horrible place and I would never recommend no, they did not correct my issue. They sold me a lemon. I told them a few days after I got the Jeep, but something was wrong with the transmission. They refused to look at it. They tried to charge me full price for a ribbon thing in the shifter when I did not even have the car long enough to mess it up. There’s something wrong with the Bluetooth system in the car. I cannot even make a phone call for my son that has serious medical issues because I can’t talk to anybody going down the road. They wouldn’t look at that. They just ignore my phone calls and text. We were gonna buy my son a truck from there, but I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from there now More

I would not recommend to anyone. After 6 years of service with them. I had a recall on my vehicle and had to get my motor replaced. ( I drove the vehicle there) After a few months I After 6 years of service with them. I had a recall on my vehicle and had to get my motor replaced. ( I drove the vehicle there) After a few months I came to pick the vehicle up and did not make it out of the parking lot. I parked and noticed my car was spewing antifreeze. I was given my rental back and was told it would be taken care of. 3 weeks later I was bullied into making a decision in an hour of paying 1500 for my radiator to be fixed or bringing the rental back. After I stated they had my car for weeks saying they were working on it and that I could not bring it there, Anthony the service director said he was calling the law to come get the rental car. He openly admitted it looked like something was dropped on the radiator but denied they did it. I called Ford customer service and got it dropped down to 750 but that was all the help I received. Jeff the sales manager managed to let me use the rental for 2 more days while I figured things out. Bless him for that. However, I will never return here after the stress and anxiety they have put me through. More

The service department is very good. They take very good care of both my vehicles. I have never in the last 6 years of their service given me any reason to complain.
