My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Erlich at Apple Ford, and I have to say, the experience was better than I ever could have imagined. I started off just wanting to look at a Ford Bron Erlich at Apple Ford, and I have to say, the experience was better than I ever could have imagined. I started off just wanting to look at a Ford Bronco to get a feel for its features compared to other cars. I was honest with Jeff that I wasn’t sure I would end up buying a Bronco and that I had other vehicles I wanted to look at as well. Jeff was never pushy, never dismissive, and simply was excited to show me what the Bronco could offer. I left that night never feeling pushed to make a decision, but also very excited about the features of the Bronco and knowing that if I was getting a Bronco, I was going to work with Jeff. Jeff called me a few days later to follow up, I informed him that I had done my research, and we started talking about how to get the Bronco I was looking for. We ended up finding it about 50 miles away, and Jeff looked over every feature to ensure it was what I wanted. We ended up getting the Bronco brought to Apple Ford so I could take advantage of their “Customer for Life” program. We worked with Dylan in their financing department and were able to reach a really great situation for us. Despite it being the end of the day we never felt rushed, and always felt as if he was more than willing to answer all of our questions. I have never worked with a dealership that was as honest and upfront as Apple Ford. I took delivery of my Bronco, and continued to hear from Jeff to see how it’s going and if everything is alright. I was blown away, 5/5 stars. More

Lies and more lies I was in the market for a new Ford Fusion Energi. I called around and was contacted by Jeff after inquiring about their inventory. After a while we wo I was in the market for a new Ford Fusion Energi. I called around and was contacted by Jeff after inquiring about their inventory. After a while we worked out a deal I told him I’d take it. I was doing this electronically as I was away for the holidays and wanted to pick the car up as a surprise to my wife. That was on Friday. I sent my ID and Insurance Binder and he told me I could do the rest of the paperwork in the morning. I contacted him Saturday and he said he was swamped and would do the paperwork later. Well long story short he never di. In fact he lied about even having the car. They didn’t even have it on the lot. And he had previously told me they did. I contacted the Internet manager who was also untruthful. He started by telling me the car had been sold. I said yes it should be to me as Jeff said he would I’ll it four days ago. Then after he did some “checking” he told me that they hadn’t even received the car and they couldn’t sell it to me. How could it be “sold” earlier and now not in stock? I then called and spoke with the sales manager. The direct quote after explaining what happened was “What do you want me to do about it now?” My last five vehicles were Fords. By far the worst dealership. Run away!, More

During my last oil change I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Erlich in the new car department. I was looking at a F150 and Jeff approached me and asked if he could help me. I told him I had been thinking about purchasing a pick up. He determined my needs and showed me exactly what I had in mind. We determined that my best option was to lease and came to an agreement on price and terms. Jeff's assistance did not stop at the sale he showed me all of the features of my new truck and called several times to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Oh by the way the new truck also gets all of the benefits of the customer for life program. More
