Everyone I encountered was great from the salesman to the financiers to the receptionists. The team worked past close to ensure that I was taken care; even the day before Thanksgiving. He kept us updated on everything, as Zimmerman's didn't have the particular color onsite, and ha courteous, honest, and was a pleasure to deal with. Noel and Zimmerman Honda were great. They come highly recommended in the Quad Cities over their competitor Lujack's. They were all professional and courteous, and did not rush to get us out the door. There was no heavy sales "gimic." We wanted some additional details on our new vehicle and Jeff was prompt in making the arrangements. The follow through was great---it didn't feel like the customer service ended after the deal was sealed. Jeff was as exicted about our purchase as we were! We are excited that the dealership will be relocating and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a new car. More
