I initially had my 2009 Honda serviced, which Craig found out the problem after digging deep. He offered a rental to me, since my job requires a car. I still think you did it on purpose, lol. So, I asked to talk to a salesperson, Doug came out to greet me. I had met him at the auto show, he started with me, as did Sean. They went above and beyond to get me approved. Jeff was also there through the process. He gave me a Honda 101 that was unbelievable. Cheri was also wonderful. Purchased a brand new 2013 honda accord from Jeff Dolan. He couldn't have been more friendly, and helpful. He took the time out to make sure I understood all of the techs on the car. He also went above and beyond in his customer service to make sure this was the perfect car for me. He let my parents take the car overnight since I wasn't in town at the time. I drove the car the next morning to the dealership and signed the paperwork because I fell in love with it. Sean Fortin took it upon himself to find a bank that approved me by myself instead of having a co signer. He didn't need to do this, and I am very thankful that I was able to get everything in my name. I highly recommend his services. Craig Mettler is one of the service men, who has also been my neighbor for 24 years. I would feel 100% comfortable with trusting him to work on my new car. He is a great guy. Ricky Unholz was also a great person to work with. He helped me fill out all the paperwork, as well as making me laugh during the process. What a great personality! Overall, this was a great experience. I had been to other car dealerships the month prior and never felt as at home as I felt at Zimmerman Honda. They were both VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle and took us thorough step-by-step on how to operate it. Even when my children were fussy, they offered our family refreshments and snacks. Ive known Jeff a while from a previous job. He saw a post on FB about my car being totalled and let me know he was available to help find a replacement. Zimmerman Honda in Moline, IL is a great place to go look at a Honda vehicle. We had not bought any new or used car in over 10 years, so we were not looking forward to dealing with any pushy Salespeople. F at a Honda vehicle. From reading other reviews on Dealer Rater about the great experience others had with Jeff Dolan (Salesman), we decided to ask for him to help us look at new and maybe used Honda Accords. Jeff was great to deal with, easy going, very knowledgeable about the Honda cars, gave us our space to look around, and answered all our questions (in person, over the phone, and by email). We also worked some with Noel Frideres, he was also very nice and not pushy at all. Jeff was not pushy at all, he let us test drive cars alone (he did not have to go along), and we dealt with him for well over a month. We were not in a hurry, look and drove many other brand cars, and decided on the Honda Accord for numerous reasons. Jeff Dolan was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect, professional, down-to-earth, and kind. He helped us get the car in the color we wanted and in a timely manner. We will always recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking at new or used cars! More
