Most of us pronounce Jeff's last name Cal-eez, but he says Cuh-lees. He's been at Sill-TerHar since 2010 and is a lover of adrenaline sports. He bikes with his son Jacob (which I misunderstood to mean that he jumped over his son Jacob with his bike), skis and raced motorcycles for 23 years. I only purchase from family owned dealerships! Two toyota dealerships provided condescending sales discussion based on buyers line up for our vehicles, poor trade in values based on buyers line up for our vehicles. A toyota dealer failed to disclose the dealership was no longer a family dealership purchased 3 yrs ago by the 6th largest north american corporation and continued to use the prior family dealership name. This dealership delayed giving a trade in value, gave the trade in value verbally at bottom wholesale value to see how dumb the buyer is and will accept, and then refused to honor the emailed black friday coupon giving $1,000 extra trade in value. In fact, the sales manager laughed "I got that email too." and played tap dance what is the trade in value over the telephone, conversation and sales manager attention lost multiple times. Even at the purchase start, the dealership finance manager spelled my name wrong on the deposit transaction! The spelling matched no known name. After that sales manager trade in value game, I cancelled the purchase. STH ford & lincoln sales managers worked together to provide a simple one contact purchase and written competitive trade in value upon 1st contact. STH sales went out of the way to assist the purchase upon my recovery from an injury. Toyota dealerships couldn't care less and lost sight of my injury. In fact a toyota dealership stated trade in value would be less after toyota dealership gm assured "the best trade in value" for the family dealership repeat customer!" Not only ridiculous, this is archaic in today's business world. More

What can we say, this is our 9th vehicle we have purchased from Jeff at Sill-Terhar Motors. He is always professional and helpful always walking us through new features and staying in contact with u purchased from Jeff at Sill-Terhar Motors. He is always professional and helpful always walking us through new features and staying in contact with us through the process and after. I'm not the easiest person to work with when it comes to sales but Jeff has stuck with us and it has been a great relationship with him and everyone else at the dealership including the finance team. That's what makes their dealership stand it you are in a relationship with them not a business transaction. We live in Castle Rock which is an hour away on a good day. We make the trek to Broomfield because we love this dealership and there are no others near us that compare. Thank you Sill-Terhar and Jeff once again for a great experience with you all. More

The folks at Sill-TerHar are truly outliers as far as Denver area dealers are concerned. The sales folks were kind, extremely knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. I ordered a vehicle that was in short supply and waited nearly a year for delivery. They were communicative and transparent during the entire process. During that year I visited other dealers to see if I could get a different brand vehicle sooner. I could have, but those other dealers were not a pleasure to work with like Sill-TerHar. Ultimately, I went home with the perfect car exactly as ordered and 0.9% financing. Financing rates that low are an amazing incentive. I can't recommend Sill-TerHar enough. It was well worth the wait and I'll be back for the next one! More
