When I arrived, I was received by service member that requested 4 services that would just take 2 hours. Without any idea of the cost I agreed. Over 2 hours later I was hit with a $980 total. $524 for labor for 2 hours. Don’t go here. More

After much research, I have confidence this truck isn't going to leave my family and I stranded. The experience of purchasing my truck was smooth and enjoyable. I will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota. I'm proud of my decision and will most definitely return for another vehicle when the time comes. More

We stopped in on a Monday and drove a couple vehicles, but we decided to keep shopping around in order to find the right vehicle for our family. Our first experience at this dealership was excellent and we kept that in mind while looking elsewhere. We shopped a competitor in Columbus and they used high pressure sales tactics and it was not appreciated. We went back to Byers Toyota on a Saturday and purchased a vehicle we test drove the previous visit. From the salesman (Austin Price) to the sales manager (Jeff Caldwell) and the financing and insurance lady (sorry, I do not recall her name), everything went well. The facility was neat, clean, and provided a small play area for children. I would definitely come back to this dealership for a future purchase. Thanks Byers Toyota for making the process easy and pressure free! More
