BUYER BEWARE - Paperwork wrong on 4 occasions, cash back on trade in that was $23K + was not delivered for 5 months, paperwork, title was also not delivered for 5 months. Promise resolution on several occas on trade in that was $23K + was not delivered for 5 months, paperwork, title was also not delivered for 5 months. Promise resolution on several occasions. In 45 years of owning a car this was the absolute worst experience while spending $150K on 2 vehicles. GM (LUKE) refused to meet me, Sale Manager (Matt) promised everything and never followed thru, Ben Elliot (?) tired to fix things on their behalf to cover their gross negligence instead of trying to make a customer happy. Nothing against the Genesis Brand. However, this dealership forgot the the #1 in doing business.... Be honest, deliver what you promise and take care of your customer. Genesis LOST a frequent buying customer based on the experience. More

Extremely Disorganized Experience – Buyer Beware The Genesis vehicle itself is excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with Genesis of Edmond was one of the most frustrating dealership transactions I ha Genesis vehicle itself is excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with Genesis of Edmond was one of the most frustrating dealership transactions I have ever had. Major issues included: • Being required to return to the dealership FOUR separate times to complete paperwork that should have been handled correctly the first time. • Delays and confusion surrounding my trade-in funds, despite repeated assurances that payment was being processed. • Receiving calls stating I had late payments — without ever being provided an account number, lender information, invoice, or instructions on where to send payments. • Hours spent attempting to get clear answers and resolution, with little proactive follow-up from the dealership. Being told you are late on payments when you were never given account information is unacceptable. The lack of organization and communication created unnecessary stress and financial confusion. The vehicle itself deserves praise. The dealership’s administrative handling does not. If you choose to purchase from Genesis of Edmond, confirm all lender details, trade-in documentation, and payment instructions before leaving the dealership. Buyers should expect professionalism and accountability — especially at a luxury price point. More
