I have never been lied to and talked down to like this from any dealership before. Byers Ford had a Jeep I wanted to buy. They emailed me a fair price. I logged onto THEIR website, I accurately and honestly entered my trade information. They offered me a cash offer of $32,600. That was lower than a buy-bid I recieved from Carmax of $33,400, but I was going to accept it. Before driving 7 hours to buy the Jeep, I called to confirm it was still available. The sales manager named Bob told me he would not honor the appraisal that BYERS FORD gave me! He offered me $31,000 instead of $32,600. When I respectfully questioned this deceptive scandelous maneuver (false advertising) , he told me that they do want want my business and I should look somewhere else! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN ONLINE APPRAISAL, and when questioned, they suggest that you take your business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.
