Simply put this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was certainly the easiest. We were flattered that we could deal with Dave, the owner, directly who put us in the more than capable han ever had. It was certainly the easiest. Jeena was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. Frankly, I work in the world of automotive retail, and knowing it as I do, I kept on waiting for "something" to come up and ruin the process. It never happened. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to delivery, ahead of schedule, I might add. This is how buying a car should be. More

I am a disabled senior citizen and Navy veteran with limited mobility after my injury that I have to be on a scooter now but my payed off 2018 Kia Soul with just over 20,000 miles could not hold the lif limited mobility after my injury that I have to be on a scooter now but my payed off 2018 Kia Soul with just over 20,000 miles could not hold the lift I needed installed After the time your wonderful staff had to spend with me I was completely satisfied with the product price and all the features but my son found a Mazda CXL for me and drove it to my house a few hours ago. Everyone was great Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting brakes on Tucson started Vibrating And felt similar to a flat tire. I immediately contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai near my home and made a appointment . They were prompt and courteous and told me the Rotors were warped and had to be resurfaced which they did. After leaving the Dealership and talking to friends everyone was surprised that a new Car only 3 hours old that new rotors weren’t installed.as this is a wear and tear item.. I have been dealing with Hyundai for years and this is the first major problem I have encountered. I would appreciate Hyundai USA checking into this and their response. Raymond Baril More

Awesome Service as Always I came in for my routine Full-Synthetic Oil change and was advised there would also be a Software Update. It was very busy and yet the Assistant Servi I came in for my routine Full-Synthetic Oil change and was advised there would also be a Software Update. It was very busy and yet the Assistant Service Manager, Ms. Cawley, was very helpful in getting me in and out in the shortest amount of time. She kept me updated on the progress and even provided me with some money-saving tips for next time. My Sales Manager, Ms. Verdelotti, always knows when I am there and makes it a point to make my visit unmistakably efficient.
