I took my 22 RAV4 for 20K service to this dealership. Once I got home, I did let the engine cool for 20 minutes and checked the oil level. To my surprise the oil level was double what the car required; t Once I got home, I did let the engine cool for 20 minutes and checked the oil level. To my surprise the oil level was double what the car required; the tech overfilled the car or forget to drain the oil!!! I went back and the supervisor did another oil change (correctly this time) and apologized to me. I waisted 3 hours of my time and risked an engine damage due to the overfill and I got a sorry. I will never service my car at this dealership and you should do the same. Technician cannot do even a simple oil change correctly!!!. More

Jeannette R wonderful person very helpful. I walked in there, not knowing anything of what I was doing. Didn’t even know how to get a registration. She walked me through everything and made su I walked in there, not knowing anything of what I was doing. Didn’t even know how to get a registration. She walked me through everything and made sure my day was very well. That is the way Customer Service should be in every store and I really would like to let her boss know that she was very very helpful to me. Figure this part out and thank you again to Manny for buying my car here. Thank you guys. More
