I've determined that Honda is the BEST car and strive for complete customer satisfaction. My life skills and ability to interact with the public are great qualifications in my position as a Client Advisor. I'm also well rounded experience in brand management, web presence, photography & video and data entry. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and a huge Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins fan. I am a Honda enthusiast and loves going to all different kinds of car shows. Arrived a little early for appointment and was immediately greeted and checked in. Service advisor Yaremis Torres was attentive and thorough and I was kept informed of the progress. Although I was there for just an oil change and service on my 20 year old Honda, a thorough inspection was done and a comprehensive list of potential service related repairs was offered. The only issue was quickly resolved by the service manager, Adrian Penna, who was professional, courteous, and customer oriented. I will continue to have my old cr-V serviced at this dealership. More
