Sales members and managers, such as Jeana Neves, even cover for each other, when one may not be available, so that the customer has no "Gaps" in the buying experience. There is no feeling of being rushed or prodded to buy in a a rapid manner with this store. When they say that they are here to "earn your business," they mean it.
