We purchased a 2025 KIA Soul GT-Line and we highly recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a new KIA. All of the staff we worked with were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Cheryl Cooper (Sale recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a new KIA. All of the staff we worked with were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Cheryl Cooper (Sales) has been selling at Jim Butler KIA long enough she has become a staple on the sales team and has the answers. No one ever applied the slightest bit of pressure for us to purchase from JBK. The process was smooth as could be. We will be back. More

I was satisfied with my purchase until it was delivered. I paid over book because the car had some issues to repair and I agree with the policy of fixing the car if issues are known. Since we live 2 hours a I paid over book because the car had some issues to repair and I agree with the policy of fixing the car if issues are known. Since we live 2 hours away we left the car for repairs and the car was to be delivered after repairs were completed. I have no idea how the car left the dealership sounding the way it is. It now whines and the faster you go the louder it gets. I relayed the information to Jean which now my option is to find some time I can come back and have the car checked out. I understand there really isn't anything else than can be done, I work everyday and since the service department isn't open on Saturday, I'm going to have to take off work. The repairs may not have warranted it to be driven to check it but for the drivers to drive the car for 2 hrs and not think that the noise it normal but again not their job. It will always come back to me having to be inconvenienced. Rant over More
