Leased my 2021 Sorento Prestige. Price was good. Salesman and finance office were difficult to reach by phone. Left voice messages with no return calls. My current least is almost Price was good. Salesman and finance office were difficult to reach by phone. Left voice messages with no return calls. My current least is almost up and I left voice message for my salesman that I want to get a new vehicle. Even for a new sale, call was never returned. This doesn't make a customer feel appreciated. Business must be good. More
