Jean and Giovani were very cordial and professional - refreshing in Miami. They answered all my questions and we had a pleasant conversation. I was a bit disappointed that they did not work harder for my refreshing in Miami. They answered all my questions and we had a pleasant conversation. I was a bit disappointed that they did not work harder for my business given that I was ready to buy a car this weekend, but I understand they also don't have the inventory in house. I also seemed to know a bit more than most of the staff on the latest numbers and options of the car we were discussing. More
