Jean was a wonderful individual to work with. I liked his style. No high pressure sales approach, just trying to meet my needs and providing information and answering all my questions or getting I liked his style. J Aquino was first rate, professional and helpful in every way. Not happy with service department. It took way too long for service , over 12 hours while I waited on three separate days , for my new to every way. Not happy with service department. Started the process through auto trader as we were 250 miles away from Gatorland. We worked with Jean Aquino and we’re very impressed right from the start. He was prompt with his responses and sent a walk miles away from Gatorland. We worked with Jean Aquino and we’re very impressed right from the start. He was prompt with his responses and sent a walk around video of the vehicle along with a welcome video. We spent a day getting things straightened out on our end and hit the road the following day. Arrived at Gatorland, very relaxed atmosphere but very professional. Jean walked us through the process, thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle and we were out the door in less than an hour. Couldn’t have been a better experience, thanks Jean and Gatorland!
