Update:VP of Sales called and offered us the car for 37. 5k if we take the reviews down. NOT HAPPENING. That is still 4.7k higher than our agreement! What a ridiculous offer! Honor your original terms if you want these bad reviews to disappear!Worst experience ever. We leased 2023 Subaru Outback 2 years ago and went to buy it out a few days ago. Lucas and financial person are either extremely incompetent or are straight up liars. Either way neither should be employed by Subaru. We were originally quoted 35k to buy the Subaru. While processing payment, the price dropped to $32.8k. We were thrilled. We signed the paperwork and SHOOK HANDS. 2 days later, Subaru calls and tells us the buyout price is 39k and they will not sell it to us for agreed upon price of $32.8k due to their error. This is BAD BUSINESS. STAY FAR AWAY. I took money from my 401k to buy out my lease and Subaru lying to me is now negatively impacting my overall financial health because Subaru gave me bad information that I even signed and agreed to of $32.8k. It should be criminal that a dealership is allowed to waste our time and renegotiate. You will never get our business again, and I will share our experience far and wide, be sure of it. More

The one star is because they gave me a loaner for my appointment and I appreciated that. I dropped the car off Monday at 9 a.m.. I requested a tire rotation, equalize the air pressure in the tires as th appointment and I appreciated that. I dropped the car off Monday at 9 a.m.. I requested a tire rotation, equalize the air pressure in the tires as the rear drivers side tire was high, a bumper protector for the rear bumper and we test drove the car to determine what was causing 2 noises. The sunroof was determined to be one issue and they could not conclude what the other noise was. I called 5 days later, on Friday and they had not done any work to repair the sunroof. I needed my car for the weekend so I picked it up. Upon my arrival, my service tech was short and unfriendly. He told me the tires were rotated but no other work was done. When I got in the car, the rear drivers tire pressure was high, indicating they did not rotate the tires and I was lied to. They had my car for 5 days and did nothing, then lied to me and were rude when I said the tires were not rotated and asked that they at least equalize the air pressure for me. They then took the car for 5 minutes and brought it back. They added air to the passenger rear tire and left the front two under inflated. I drove to Costco and fixed it myself. Now I have a pretty new car that has some issues that are covered under warranty and I do not trust the service center to fix it. I may trade it in for a Lexus or Toyota and get better service. Very disappointing. More

This is the third car I have bought from a Schumacher dealership, and I must say this was the best experience I've had buying a car thanks to Mr. Jean Andre Henry. He was nothing like any other salespers dealership, and I must say this was the best experience I've had buying a car thanks to Mr. Jean Andre Henry. He was nothing like any other salesperson I have ever dealt with. He came over and introduced himself, then he asked if he could help us. We said, "not now, we are just looking", He said, “take your time, I am here if you have any questions or when you're ready to buy.” When we were ready to see a vehicle up close, we located Mr. Henry, who took the time to show us several types of vehicles. He explained in great details the differences between each vehicle we were interested in and the features that comes with that vehicle. We went home and compared the vehicles Mr. Henry recommended to the vehicles we were considering purchasing and we returned the next day and drove away in a brand new 2023 Subaru Forester thanks to Mr. Henry. More
