Martin was very helpful with his explanation of the process and what to expect out of it. Even though our warranty was not accepted they still ran through it and advised us that they may be more wi process and what to expect out of it. Even though our warranty was not accepted they still ran through it and advised us that they may be more willing to accept our warranty’s representation more often due to how smoothly our process went. We appreciated their kind service and speedy resolution to our multiple issues on our Armada. More

Shoot straight no hassle, that’s what they say they will do. When I buy again this is the dealership I’m coming to. Service department, dozen nickel and dime you for every little thing. How dealerships want to make money who doesn’t But, I think this dealership tries to make it a win-win which is only right. If you’re asking me would you buy another car there my answer would be yes. Express service took 2 hours to get a simple oil change. The customer service rep was cordial but I do feel he should have informed of the wait when I arrived.
