Jayson was top notch! I came in with what I wanted in mind and he delivered exactly what I wanted! Very polite, knowledgeable, and he listened to all my cares and concerns and was able to ensure each and mind and he delivered exactly what I wanted! Pease read entire review if you are looking into buying a vehicle from Cherry Hill. First of Jayson incredible sales man I have bought several vehicles from other places and his willingness to help is next vehicle from Cherry Hill. First of Jayson incredible sales man I have bought several vehicles from other places and his willingness to help is next to none. The dealer ship over all very friendly from the moment you walk to in the moment you walk out its all smiles and everyone i mean everyone is willing to help you out. My new truck had a ding in it before i bought it they fixed it at no cost top notch in my book. Now for the buyer beware part, purchase experience, I was given a number of what my monthly payment would look like I was like ok we can make it work and they required a down payment i was like we can make that work as well. Then came the whole we got you approved for that amount even though i was expecting a lower payment due to discounts and down payment and such my credit was not all that bad either, I knew i traded in a car that was not fully paid for and that cost was to be added to the end vehicle price. I stayed quiet through the ordeal just thinking how is my payment not lower then the one they presented to me, then came the time to sign documents bang! Undiscussed warranties where added to the end deal. That when added together to the final price of the vehicle would make the amount of the monthly payment added up to the one that was presented to me. There was no hey we have this warranty do you want it, and if we added this it will make the payment that you where presented real, nope it was like here sign this sign that sign this cause you agreed to the number we showed you and you have to buy this warranty and we have to add all this to make money. When i discussed the warranties I was like this is why the payment stayed the same the finance person shook his head. I could have said no I do not want to sign but i did only because I knew i could afford all they where presenting to me all I could think of while signing was I wish they would have at least tried presenting all this to me first not just sign sign sign, I would have agreed to it all because unbeknownst to them I am a warranty junkie :). If you have read this far you have been told watch them undiscussed warranties you really do not have to get them regardless of what anyone says its all up to you. More
