I purchased my new vehicle about 2 weeks and was informed I would receive a refund check for the delivery fee which I did not use within 3-5 business days. During the purchasing process, the buyers order I would receive a refund check for the delivery fee which I did not use within 3-5 business days. During the purchasing process, the buyers order included a delivery fee even though I relayed to the sales rep I was coming to pick up the vehicle myself. Additionally, I gave Jim Ellis a bank draft check which included the price of vehicle and the delivery fee. I have attempted to contact the dealership to ascertain the status of the check and no one has returned my call. More

I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle. Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00. A vehicle with a MSR Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00. A vehicle with a MSRP of $88,970 should come with an owners manual just like all the other Tahoes/Chevrolet vehicles I have purchased in the past. More
