My salesman Jay was knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable with the process. What I didn’t like was the time it took the finance guy to complete the application and he didn’t fully explai me feel comfortable with the process. What I didn’t like was the time it took the finance guy to complete the application and he didn’t fully explain why my interest rate was so high, even though my credit rate was in the 800s. All in all, it was acceptable, I just hadn’t purchased a car in over 20 years, so it was definitely a learning process. But I absolutely love the car! More
