I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jaguar Land Rover Raleigh. We came to an agreement on pricing on a vehicle that we were interested in and scheduled a date and time to come in, fill Jaguar Land Rover Raleigh. We came to an agreement on pricing on a vehicle that we were interested in and scheduled a date and time to come in, fill out the paperwork, complete a pre-purchase inspection, and finalize the purchase. Throughout the morning and afternoon, I had several text message exchanges and phone calls with the sales manager, Jay. He confirmed that the date and time would work and provided details regarding who to make the cashier’s check out to. In order to ensure everything would go smoothly, I had to pay for overnight delivery of the cashier’s check. A couple of hours later, I received a text message from Jay stating that the vehicle was sold to someone else earlier in the morning. Keep in mind, Jay was providing the documentation and scheduling information to me in the afternoon and provided no indication that the vehicle was already sold. I understand that the dealership may not be able to hold vehicles for someone, but the lack of communication was simply unacceptable. We wasted valuable time and money trusting that the car was still available based on the information given to us. It’s clear that the dealership did not have the courtesy to inform us, even though they knew we were serious buyers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that values their customers’ time. More

Exceptional customer service. I ordered a vehicle in July of 2023. I got it delivered on 12/31/23. I was out of country when my car arrived at the dealership and they worked aroun I ordered a vehicle in July of 2023. I got it delivered on 12/31/23. I was out of country when my car arrived at the dealership and they worked around and sent me paperwork over email to sign. I came back in 12/31 and went straight to the dealership to pick the vehicle. Neal Harrigan is extremely helpful and worked with you. Over all I had an excellent experience at this dealership. More
