Jay and his team were committed to rectifying the situation after all this time. I was invited to the dealership by the manager and welcomed by a team of customer service-focused employees. Brittany Brown, the Finance Manager, went to great lengths to ensure that I left the dealership satisfied. After three years, I can safely say I am now happy with the car I’m driving and the exceptional service received. More

Service dept does not honor appointment times. Took 2 1/2 hours for routine oil change. It's a headache every time I go there for routine maintenance but this was the longest wait time. It takes me 1 hour round trip to get there and the wait. And then this has to be done every 3-4 months! Two managers standing there had no solution for this problem that was right in front of them and letting it happen! They have no respect for your time and effort. I would not recommend this service dept to .anyone. More

Nikolaos Tserpelis who greeted me first ( FIVE STARS TO HIM ) was the sales rep that helped me purchase my new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make the right purchase for my budget. I am very happy with my new SUV & I wished more Honda dealerships were more focused on the customers needs rather than trying to make a quick sale. I felt very comfortable here and didn’t feel any pressure to buy right away…. like the other dealerships I visited. HONDA of VALLEY STREAM has a GREAT TEAM keep doing what you guys do, will DEFINITELY go back for future needs.
