He also helped me metigate with my parents(really a plus since I have Asian parents xD)! He can speak English and Korean fluently so you dont have to be Korean to talk to him. He really makes you comfortable so that can freely ask him questions. I 100% recommend this Toyota dealership and 200% recommend talking to Jay if you get a chance!
