Prompt service; express service was on time; comfortable waiting area; my usual service rep not on duty (Peggy) but Jay was thorough and helpful; was able to set appt via phone but had to make numerous call waiting area; my usual service rep not on duty (Peggy) but Jay was thorough and helpful; was able to set appt via phone but had to make numerous call attempts as I was put on hold too long and hung up; when I did reach service rep on phone at time of setting appt, my wait was less that a minute and I got express service appt within the timeframe I specified. Two years in a row I asked to have my wiper blades replaced and it did not happen. When I picked the car up, I waited to have the blades replaced. When I got home, I discovered that a white protective replaced and it did not happen. When I picked the car up, I waited to have the blades replaced. When I got home, I discovered that a white protective piece of plastic had not been removed from one of the wiper blades. I just hope the stuff under the hood was done with more care and attention. My breaks do seem a bit mushy now. More

The service tech was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and was able to help with a problem I was having with my mirror. I use a walker and have a hard time walking and standing.
