Brought my truck in for warranty work, dropped it off the night before. Picked up truck 3 days later. Paid bill, got in truck to leave, and had a flat tire! Sent to service manager and he told me that it did night before. Picked up truck 3 days later. Paid bill, got in truck to leave, and had a flat tire! Sent to service manager and he told me that it didn't happen there..... He then tells me that they couldn't repair it, but would gladly sell me a New tire!!! We had words. I had them put spare tire on and left! Went to a tire dealer who patched it with no problem. I will NEVER go back there again! This was my 3rd truck that I purchased from them. Stay away from this dealership!! Go to Latham Ford or Morris ford!!!! More
