In and Out quicker than getting Groceries!!! A quick review about this dealership is: I spent about 1 hour at the actual dealership. This includes driving up to look at the car, talking with the dealer, doing paperwork, and getting the keys! It is unbelievable it took me less time to buy a car than it takes me to get groceries most of the time! The dealer (Jay Luchies) I worked with was AMAZING! He was not pushy (like EVERY other dealer I have ever worked with!) and he was very clear and knew a lot about the car I was looking at. I would recommend (and actually have recommended) this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car, they know how to treat there customers! My actual story is: I am 22 years old, so after having 2 cars that are near the 20 year old mark, I wanted to get a new car. I was really interested in a Dodge Dart, I loved the design and it was a fairly new car so all the models were new. I had been searching for a couple weeks on varies websites (Craigslist, Cars.com, CarGurus) with not much luck in the price range I wanted until I found a 2013 Dodge Dart located in Fremont Michigan, nearly 2 hours away from where I live! It was much lower in price than all the Darts I had looked at and was a deep midnight blue! I fell in love with it just by looking at it on the internet. Without calling or writing I had drove nearly 2 hours to view the car, hoping it was still there, and thankfully it was! I pulled up and fell in love even more! Jay had came out and asked if I had needed any help, I told him I was interested in the Dart, he asked if I would like to test drive it and I said oh yes. He went and grabbed the keys and pulled it up so I could take it for a drive. As soon as he pulled up and I looked inside I knew I wanted the car, even before driving. Within about 5 minutes of being at the Car Dealer I was on the road test driving the car, I loved it, I knew I wanted it. After getting back I was immediately greeted by Jay again and I told him I was interested. He said great! and we had went over to work on the very little paperwork I had to do, which took maybe 30 minutes. The only downside I had with this experience (which has nothing to do with the dealer so it doesn't affect my 5 star rating) was because I was getting a loan through my bank, and my bank being in the town I live in, and being 2 hours away from said town... I had to drive back to my town to get the check and then drive again back up, so we had made 4 trips that were 2 hours each. Jay had given me his number and told me to text or call him as we were on our way up so he could get the final paperwork all ready and get the car in to get it all cleaned and ready to be taken home. After making it back up the next day with the check, I had walked in and was immediately greeted by Jay again, he got me right in with Nick who finalized the payment and handed me the keys. After about 15 minutes of being there I was already out driving away in my new car! All in all, it took 3 days from finding the car, to viewing the car, and getting the car, only because I lived so far away. But I had only spent about 50 minutes to 1 hour at the actual dealership! Which is a record with pretty much every car that has been purchased within my family! Despite being 2 hours away I would go up to this dealership again in a heartbeat if I was looking for another car. Big thanks to Jay Luchies, he has been the best dealer I have ever worked with and was the one that sold me my first New car! More

Makes you feel like family. I was looking on line for a used car and found one that interested me. The dealership, Deur-Speet, was almost three hours from me but only minutes fro I was looking on line for a used car and found one that interested me. Look No Further! Ever try to find a dealer that isn't pushy? Maybe one that will literally get EVERYTHING ready and settled so all you have to do is point to a vehicle and say "Yup, that's it," or maybe one that will go above and beyond any expectations and not only help you search for a vehicle but will call and TEXT(yes, even text) just to keep you in the loop? Well look no further, kittens, for Deur Speet does all those and more. Yes, not only did they help my wife and I pick out the perfect truck, they made the process so smooth and easy! Ordering McDonalds isn't even easier than this! It took a few days to find the truck we truly wanted, but they would not let us walk away without the perfect vehicle! After debating colors and tweaking only one feature they were able to find the truck! It was patiently waiting in Illinois for those awesome dealers to get it for us! But then the hard part came, the financing part. But wait, where is the struggle? Where is the horror of being turned down again and again by multiple banks only to get a 15% interest rate? Well, it's not there. They nailed the payment, and got us a payment so good we were able to get all those extra warranties and insurances. Now not only do we have the perfect truck, no matter what happens it is covered! And they got us financing through a LOCAL BANK(not sure if they intended that but I am counting it as a win)!! Trust me, if you are looking for a dealer that cares, and I mean REALLY cares, then you need to go to Deur Speet in Fremont. They will not disappoint, and we will never go anywhere else. More

After doing some research at home, I came in to test drive a used Chrysler 200 and was pleasantly greeted by Jay Luchies. He really listened to me as I described what I was looking for in a vehicle and suggested others, even cheaper, that I might want to consider. After test driving two, I really liked this one. No pressure was placed on me and we easily agreed on the value of my trade and the purchase price. The professional, efficient yet pleasant approach exhibited by Jay, Nick and the whole Deur-Speet Motors team I came in contact with made shopping for a used car a GREAT experience. More

Great? All good words to describe our experience working with Deur-Speet. Although, they don't really add up. Epic, comes to mind. "Why haven't we gone there sooner?", trickles in. What started out as a service call on a different vehicle, ended it the most epic vehicle purchase in our history. Working with Jay, Todd, Nick, and a slew of others, they found the perfect truck. At one point it felt like everyone was helping us find The Beast. ( Yes, I named my truck.) I had very specific criteria and wasn't about to budge on some options. There was talk of having one build from the factory, but that's a 6-8 week wait. Who really wants to wait for a new vehicle? But they did it, they found it hiding in a lot in Detroit. They did their dealer to dealer "tricks of the trade" and I only had to wait the weekend to pick up the new ride. Jay is a phenomenal sales rep. ( Salesman seems so...1980) He's very personable, funny, easy to talk to, goes above and beyond. No, more then that, he has answers before you know you have a question. He calls, texts, during the sale to keep us updated, and has continued to keep contact even after the purchase. Jay is awesome. Simple as that. He got me my truck, with all but one feature which was ok, and we were off to talk to Nick. Nick, he was suppose to tell me no. Can't get it financed, can't get the payment we wanted. Can't get a good interest rate. But apparently, Nick doesn't understand the word "no" either. Got the financing, great interest rate, and the payments were within $5 of what we wanted. Way to go Nick!!! Worked with Todd on the trade-in. "WOW! REALLY?!" Was the reply I gave him when he showed me the number. Was a couple thousand, yes, thousand more then I thought we would get. Not sure why we never went to Deur-Speet before, but I'm certain we will continue to go there, for service, and we will be recommending them to other who are in the market for a vehicle, new and used. Truly, the experience we have had with the entire team brings back the age old term, Customer Service. More

My daughter told me there was no remote for the dvd in the vehicle so I contacted Jay and he located one and is mailing it so we will have it for our vacation. More
