My salesperson Jessica, was very patient, and worked extremely hard at getting my requested optional accessories ordered and shipped over. However, for some unknown reason, the accessories I ordered, a extremely hard at getting my requested optional accessories ordered and shipped over. However, for some unknown reason, the accessories I ordered, and was told had arrived, and were in stock, disappeared when I went in to purchase my vehicle. This caused a two week delay as those accessories had to be reordered and installed. I would have given King Windward Nissan a 5 star rating if not for the missing ordered accessories. More
