Wheelchair bound needing hand controls to be installed by the Veterans Administration. Jay stayed in touch with updates on recall repairs and VA installation for the past 4 weeks. Jeremy, who will be ma by the Veterans Administration. Jay stayed in touch with updates on recall repairs and VA installation for the past 4 weeks. Jeremy, who will be making the recall repairs, will continue update me on the progress. Jay will deliver the van for the hand controls on Thursday. Establishing independent and reliable transportation will have a profound impact on my life in the coming months and years. Thank you very much. More
