All but substandard like other Lincoln Mazda Ford dealers. Pricing wise or discussion on pricing, very poor. Their attitude is like (pardon my language) Zero xxxxs given. This is what it is take it or leave it (in a very cold way) looks like the sales person initially judged me that I wont be able to afford the Merc GLC preowned car. Question or query handling: very poor- again zero xxxxs given, "its a good car, put some money down then we'll discuss" treated as if m buying cheap furniture/home appliance and not $38k car. Cleaning/Detailing very poor: Food particles still lodged in center console buttons, grease and stains under the doors, black stains on seat sides, excuse given: its cleaned, but its a preowned so cant do much. Main false claim/information about the car condition: Car is inspected and serviced- after taking the car home, when I tried to start it next day, it gave me the service light, and then I checked the oil level, closing to minimum. (corroborated by querying the service department, which mentioned inspection but no service/detailing on it) Good part: Owning up and calling me in for free oil change. But no detailing promise. No efforts to apologize for the mistake or for my inconvenience to take the car back 1 and half hour away for oil change. The reason for two Stars is Mr. CHUCK, Mr. JAY IRWIN and other back office team: He handled the transfer process and other documentation perfectly. He is a gem of a person, polite, considerate, and went above and beyond to get our existing car plates registered then and there. Mr. Irwin immediately asked the sales person to get back to me for the service issue after I emailed him with pictures. I had MERCEDES before, but bought it from Mercedes dealer. Huge difference in Communication, Car care (inspection/service/detailing) before delivery. they make it pristine before customer takes it out. Office space is nice and clean, good amount of space for the customer to sit and sip coffee from pantry. Bathrooms are clean. Hope this helps and people be prepared for what to expect. I am not mentioning the name of the sales person, just because I don't like publicly ridiculing anyone. People can change and hope this helps them get better. The dealership should have 10 stars - not just 5 ! Easy to work with Been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years, made a mistake and left for 2 years and had to come back. Easy Peezy This is the second Lincoln I leased from Irwin Lincoln. In both cases I found them accommodating, helpful, informative and friendly. They understood and met my needs and delivered a beautiful new vehicle on time as requested. I still remember on my first lease I dealt with Jay Irwin. I picked the exterior and interior colors from the brochure; big mistake as they are not true colors, especially the terracotta interior. That being said, they had to buy the car from another dealer as the other dealer was no interested in a trade. I picked u the he car and when I looked at the interior I was not happy with the color, but I chose it so I filled out the paperwork. That evening I was so unhappy that I wrote to Jay and expressed my unhappiness but said it was my choice and I outdone live without this. About ten minutes later I received a reply from Jay that he doesn’t want me to be unhappy and without hesitation got me the colors I now want d. That is great customer/dealer service. More
