If you want to skip all the xx that goes on when trying to buy a car, Jay is your guy. He doesn't do the typical song and dance of avoiding your questions and pushing all these add ons that "can't be remov to buy a car, Jay is your guy. He doesn't do the typical song and dance of avoiding your questions and pushing all these add ons that "can't be removed". He is straight to the point and very eager to ensure all of your questions are answered and taken care of. He actually cares about your time and was very prompt to get all other parties to see me once we had agreed to a price on a vehicle. Doesn't rush you in any phase and is a great person overall. Still willing to respond quickly to your questions even months after I bought the car from him. I won't be using anyone else for a Ford purchase in the future for me or anyone in my family. Can't say enough good things! More

What an incredible experience my wife and I had today at Five Star Ford! The dealership was so nice and clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing. We came in looking for our first EV and Jay was able to a Five Star Ford! The dealership was so nice and clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing. We came in looking for our first EV and Jay was able to assist us with our many questions as we were new to the EV world. Jay was very knowledgeable in helping me through the sale process. He made everything seamless. I had two BMW X1's in mind, and he sent me the comparable analysis between both vehicles.
