Jay (saleperson) and his Mgr decided to take possession of truck that broke down, that I had to tow at my expense. They did not ask if we were okay or state any intentions or permissions to take the vehicl of truck that broke down, that I had to tow at my expense. A week later I receive a text to proceed with transaction. I have never heard of such uncooth and clear disregard for a customer. I want nothing to do with them or their vehicle I could have died in a vehicle the lost power totally on the highway. They even changed the price on the truck while I sat in the dealership, (OH, we will honor the original price.) Possession means you felt entitled to the truck, now have at it. More
