To give you some back round information on me, I’m no stranger to a dealership. I was a Service Manager at a Chevrolet dealership for 6 years until 2018. I have bought two trucks from Jay. The first one I bought was used Silverado. He got me exactly what I wanted with several to choose from. The price point and all the options/accessories I wanted, he made it happen. Most recently, I decided to buy a 2025 Ford Lariat. This is something I thought I’d never do. Buy a Ford while being a Chevy guy seemed out of reach for me. He took the time to explain everything about the new truck, payment options, accessories/features and he made me an offer that I couldn’t refuse. Plus, he did research and went all the way to Green Bay, Wisconsin to get me exactly what I wanted! He was also very responsive with calls or texts with every question I had out of the blue. He answered them very professionally and accurately! When it came to the delivery of my new truck it was seamless. The side conversations I had with Jay were fantastic! I didn’t only drive away with a new truck but a new friend! He gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I could not be more happy to switch from a Chevy to a Ford.
